I am unable to work in homes with cats due to allergies but would be happy to provide alternative virtual support options if this is the case for you.

I’ll be by your side as you adjust to life with a newborn

Infant feeding; lactation education, breastfeeding, chest feeding, pumping, bottle feeding guidance
Demonstrate infant soothing techniques
Provide education on family sleep strategies
Support and guide you through the plan of postpartum recovery you have with your medical providers
Provide resources, information and screening tools for Postpartum Mood Disorders
Support birth partners as they are an integral part of your family’s postpartum journey
Practical household assistance; light dishes, laundry and organization so that you can spend more time bonding with your baby
Offer non-judgmental support for your choice of parenting and feeding methods
Meal planning to ensure healing and nourishment for the family
Support integrating siblings and their adjustment
Present you with provider and community referrals upon request
Listen to your birth story when you are ready

$145 Postpartum Planning (includes planning guide and 1 hour consultation)
$60/hour prenatal visits
$60/hour postpartum support, 4 hour minimum per visit
